AAPE offers a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and innerwear are considered final sale for hygiene and rarity purposes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your AAPE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all signature AAPE branding tags and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
